SE Trauma and Chronic Illness Consult for Somatic Experiencing (SE) student

Somatic Experiencing Credit

Variable Price

The Consult for Somatic Experiencing Credit is a 1:1 session by phone or zoom for SE students. Your topic must be chronic illness related for credit from me (learn more in the downloadable agreement below). You can get up to advanced credit. For SE consults that are not for credit select Health Professional Consults from the main consults page.

Getting Somatic Experiencing Credit

– Together we will look at SE principles and techniques on any chronic illness-related topic

– Your consult is good for all levels of credit including Advanced level

– Explore any kind of chronic illness – autoimmune, insulin resistance, mysterious symptoms etc

– You can consult about your own physical symptoms and health conditions for credit

My fee for a 60-minute SE consult for credit is $150 in US dollars or, if you are outside the US with a lower value currency, it can be $150 in your currency, payable in US dollars. For example $150 Canadian dollars is close to $100 US dollars so you can select $100 when paying.

If you are a Somatic Experiencing Scholarship Student the fee is $100, which can also be calculated in your country’s currency (see above). Please email me documentation of your scholarship when you schedule.

SE credit is completed by sending your session log to SE faculty Dr. Ariel Giarretto. Learn more in the PDF describing how SE credit works with me here or in the pdf you’ll see when you schedule a consult.

You are welcome to contact me with any questions.

Your Information

In contrast to psychotherapy, which I no longer offer, consults focus on information, context for symptoms, and tips. We will not work directly with physical or emotional symptoms in our consult.

Have we met or interacted before, such as in person or through my blog? Please tell or remind me.

A little about you

To help me orient so we can make the best of our time, please tell me a little about yourself. Describe the reason for your consult, including any chronic illnesses you’d like to discuss. What are the outcomes you desire? If you are a health professional, tell me your profession and specialty area (Psychotherapy? Bodyworker?…). If you are a student, include what you are training or aiming towards. Is there anything else you’d like me to know?

I will contact you by phone or send you a zoom link. You will receive the zoom link again about 30 minutes before your scheduled consult.
